The Monitoring of Illegal Killing of Elephants (MIKE) provides information needed for elephant range States to make appropriate management and enforcement decisions, and to build institutional capacity for their long-term management of their elephant populations. It is a programme of the Convention on the International Trade in Endangered Species (Cites).
