THE GIANTS CLUB
The Giants Club gives Space for Giants the political, financial and technical muscle required to achieve our mission.
The Giants Club’s members include African Heads of State, leaders of major businesses operating in Africa and internationally, philanthropists, global influencers, and wildlife conservation experts.
The Club unites high-level political, financial and technical leadership to protect under-threat landscapes and help create wildlife economies that unlock areas' ecological and economic value to secure long-term viability.
The Club’s founding four nation states are Botswana, Gabon, Kenya, and Uganda, together they are home to half of Africa’s savannah elephants and half of its forest elephants.
The Club convenes regular Members’ meetings and events. It holds the biennial Giants Club Summit, where new innovations to protect landscapes are presented, adopted, funded and launched for Giants Club member states. Space for Giants and its partners implement the agreed programs on the ground, analysing, reporting back, and adapting where necessary.
